How information is used

Workout records (the details of each set) are only used on this phone to show your calendar, badges and hero card. They are never sent to us or used for ads. Anonymous usage stats only include totals such as exercise type, reps and duration, to help us see whether features work well.

Camera and pose tracking

Pose tracking uses Google ML Kit and runs on the phone: each frame is turned into joint positions and angles, then discarded right away. Nothing is recorded or saved, and video never leaves the phone.

Google sign-in

When you sign in we get your photo, name, email and account ID from Google. They are kept only on this phone to keep each account's records apart, and never uploaded to our servers. Google handles the sign-in itself.

Guest mode vs. signed in

Signing in is optional. In guest mode, tracking, counting and the card for this run all work, but no workout data is saved: it's cleared when you close the app and doesn't count toward your calendar or badges. Signed in, workouts are saved to this phone under your account, count toward your calendar and badges, and you can set check-in reminders. In guest mode this phone keeps just two settings: a "seen the intro" flag, and the usage stats switch if you turn it off. Neither contains personal information or workout data. While usage stats are on, the stats tool (Firebase) keeps its own anonymous ID and unsent data on the phone.

Sharing and third parties

We don't share your personal information with any third party. We use Google Firebase to collect anonymous usage stats (such as finishing the intro, starting and finishing a set, and which exercise you used) and crash reports (error details, device model, OS version) to improve the app. They never include video, your account or email, we don't collect the ad ID, and nothing is used for ads. You can turn this off in Settings › Usage stats & crash reports. ML Kit may send Google anonymous usage stats (such as model version and run time), never video. When you share a card or export data, only the file you confirm is created, and you choose where it goes.

Storage and protection

Workout records and account details are kept in the app's private folder on this phone, with a separate database for each account. There is no cloud backup and no import.

Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all data. It can't be recovered.

Your rights

You can view, export or delete your workouts at any time, sign out, or delete your account and data in Settings › Data & storage, which also revokes this app's Google access.

共享与第三方

我们不向任何第三方提供你的个人信息。我们使用 Google Firebase 收集匿名的使用统计（如完成引导、开始和完成一组、用了哪个动作）和崩溃报告（错误信息、机型、系统版本），用于改进 App；不包含画面、账号、邮箱，不收集广告 ID，不用于广告，可在「设置 › 使用统计与崩溃报告」关闭。ML Kit 可能向 Google 发送匿名的使用统计（如模型版本、运行耗时），不包含画面。分享达人卡片、导出数据时只生成你确认的文件，由你选择发给谁。

存储与保护

训练记录和账号资料只保存在本机 App 私有目录中，每个账号一个独立的数据库，不提供云端备份，也不提供导入。

卸载 App 会永久删除全部数据，且无法恢复。

你的权利

你可以随时查看、导出、删除训练记录；退出登录；或在「设置 › 数据与存储」删除账号与数据，同时撤销本 App 的 Google 授权。
